‍Updated on April 10th 2024 based on the version and article numbering approved by the EU Parliament on March 13th 2024.

In Annex I to Directive (EU) 2020/1828 of the European Parliament and of the Council61, the following point is added:

‘(68) Regulation (EU) 2024/… of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence Act) and amending certain Union legislative acts (OJ L, ..., ELI: …)’.
