What to get in touch about

Corrections first. If a provision reads wrong against EUR-Lex, a date is stale, a link is broken or a guide states something the Regulation does not, that is the most valuable message you can send: please include the page and, if you can, the source you checked against. Corrections take priority over everything else.

Beyond that: questions about a source or a citation, the risk classifier and what it does or does not assess, the AI Literacy Program, and requests for the compliance checklist as a working document.

What we cannot do

We cannot tell you whether a specific system is high-risk, whether a carve-out applies to you, or whether your documentation would satisfy a particular authority. Those turn on facts about your system and on guidance that is still developing, and they need advisers who can see the facts. What we can do is point you at the provisions that decide the question and explain what they require.

If you are looking for the official channels

The authentic legal text is on EUR-Lex, and Commission guidance, codes of practice and consultations come from the European AI Office. Enforcement questions go to the market surveillance authority designated by your Member State under Article 70, this site is an independent resource and cannot act for or on behalf of any authority.
